Multiple scammers and groups operating in telegram targeting Indian Users

Information security researchers at Technisanct, a Cybersecurity start-up based in India identified that multiple vendors are selling fake sim cards and carding products via telegram. A telegram group techserve is claiming to sell Fake SIM cards that can be used without proper verification which may be used for ordering products like guns and drugs. The said group has more than 3800 members. The vendor also claims to provide fake Paytm KYC along with details of users who are providing testimonials to his services. Another vendor selling these fake KYC sim cards is Simshubproofs. 310000 Cards from 1136 BINS of South East Asian Banks actively available for sale in Darkweb

Technisanct, a cyber security startup based in India specialized in Threat Intelligence domain, has found a series of breached data involving payment card details breach belonging to top banks in the six major South East Asian countries. The data dumps found in various dark-web forums where it is put on sale, had more than 300K payment card details including their CVV, Expiry date. The breached cards were belonging to some of the major banks in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam. Vietnam. Government of India’s NDNC Data found available on Sale in Darkweb and Breach Forums

Kerala based Cyber Security Startup Technisanct found a database with around 93 Million DND numbers in an excel file during our routine research activities. Our Threat analysis found this massive breach of data coupled of days before. NDNC Database that are put on sale in dark web and data sharing platforms . The total file size is 10.5 GB and circulated in a data sharing platform . This data are to be shared only with registered telemarketing people and are supposed to be stored confidentially. This leak must have happened somewhere around June or July 2019 based on our analysis. There are multiple complaints registered with brands by individuals for making calls to DND numbers too...
